Terry Hui is Chairman of Maximizer Software's board and is responsible for the Company's high-level strategic activities. Born in Hong Kong and educated in the United States, Terry received his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
Terry holds a number of corporate directorships including being a director of Husky Energy Inc. and Chairman of abc Multiactive Limited in Hong Kong. Terry is well established in Vancouver's business community and is a director of the Vancouver Board of Trade.
